Wonderment 101 | A Course in Noticing
Share
We begin to experience life’s myriad wonders as soon as we start using our senses. Why is it that as we mature we begin to forget? It can feel as if a veil drops, quietly obscuring the wonders around us.
Wonderment 101 is a gentle course in noticing.
It is an invitation to reawaken to what is already here, and to let it quietly enrich the world we see and the work we do.
I have been thinking about wonderment for many years.
It was something spoken of early on… and it stayed.
This work began to take form some time ago and continues here.
I have created Wonderment 101: a beginner’s course in wonder, for you. One of the practices in this work is to keep a journal of the moments of wonder we experience. It is something I plan to do here as well.
You are warmly invited to share your own moments.
Things you see…
things that happen…
or something you come across unexpectedly.
These small sparks of noticing are welcome here in Wonderment 101.
