Several years ago, A Donsy of Gnomes, was predicted to be

“…one of the books that will remain alive in your children’s hearts long after they have grown and had children of their own,”    - said Nancy Parsons of waldorfbooks.com

Now, there is a new series of chapter books for the 6+year old called "The Tales of Limindoor Woods." The first of this series is this new book, The Way of Gnome. Here you will encounter many of the gnomes from A Donsy of Gnomes and meet some others too.

Learn the ‘Way of Gnome’, the code of conduct that has been taught, by ancient tradition, to raise generation upon generation of Gentle-gnomes.

  • Learn how certain gnomes originally came to the magic forest of Limindoor and discovered their Gifts, so that they could give back to the world.
  • Meet young Gus and join him on his journey into the enchantments, magic and lessons of Limindoor Woods.

“Wonders and adventures abound in these captivating and imaginative Tales of Limindoor Woods. And throughout this splendid book are found the universal Ways that are taught to gnomes everywhere - five wise and kind principles that can also inspire us, humans, as we guide the growth and well-being of our own little ones.”                  -       Ann Cowart Lutzky, award-winning author of Those Beautiful Eyes

If you have not yet read A Donsy of Gnomes it is no matter, The Way of Gnome is a beautiful introduction to the gnomes of Limindoor Woods. But you may find that you will want to read A Donsy of Gnome after!

Here is a comment from a reader: "Our family has begun the gnome adventure with both of your books.  We love both, choosing to follow a seasonal progression with Donsy of Gnomes intermingled with a chapter or so at a time of The Way of Gnome.  We thoroughly enjoy both!  My 6yo son loves the gnomes and we often use peg gnomes on our own adventures.  I appreciate the guidance and additional ideas you provided in the back of both of your books.  I have been reluctant to read too quickly as I don't want the fun to end too soon...hopefully just in time for another book from you!"  - M.Crown, parent

This is a 165 pg chapter book suggested for ages 6+ and up.
